Introduction. Motivating employees in a selected therapeutic entity became an opportunity for the authors to present the results of their research. A particular interest was to motivate nurses to other staff medical professionals selected hospital. Aim. The purpose of this study is to present directions, strength and types of incentives used in the therapeutic entity and their perceptions by a selected group of employees. Material and methods. In studies employing techniques used in the evaluation system to motivate employees in the selected therapeutic entity. The method that was used during the test was a diagnostic survey, using research techniques in the form of a survey. An appropriate questionnaire was used as a research tool. Results and conclusions. The results of the tests were used to determine the types, the effectiveness of impact strength and motivators for hospital staff concerned. The presented results of the test were used to determine the scope of work perfecting the incentive system used in the management of staff in the therapeutic entity.
