Introduction. The aquatic environment is supporting improve-ment for women with the Turner's syndrome. The properties of water in particular temperature, viscosity and hydrostatic pressure, have a beneficial influence on the physical, psychological and social development process. Methods of the rehabilitation in the water can be helpful in holistic perceiving problems of persons with the Turner's syndrome. Aim of the study. The case study illustrates that water rehabili-tation methods can be applied while working with typical of women with the Turner's syndrome of health complaints. In the group of people with the Turner's syndrome problems associated with hypertension, osteoporosis, emotional disorders, problems of the circulation, lymphoedemas and a lot of birth defects are resulting from the specificity of the development of genetic defects. Method and material. The study case had used a meta-analysis of publications (research reports, articles), a potential of water rehabilitation methods in relieving health complaints characte-ristic for typical of women with the Turner's syndrome. Results and conclusions. The author recommends a compre-hensive use of water rehabilitation methods aiming for possibility of psychophysical improvement and reducing typical complaints of health persons with the Turner's syndrome.
