Society without disagreements doesn’t exist, even though it is humanity’s aspiration. Conflicts are seen ad a negative occurrence, yet some may have a positive capacity, especially if they result in effective introduction of changes serving the regulation of social coexistence. Negotiations are one of methods used to direct conflicts. Wage bargaining in Health Service usually results from medical personnel environment’s actions. Doctors, nurses, and midwifes are obliged to follow norms included in professional ethics codes, which direct tasks and determine quality of medical service. The goal of this study is to present basic meaning of professional ethics during wage bargaining in Health Service. On one hand ethical norms limit participants of negotiations, but on the other they are a determinant of and agreement. This article is of theoretical capacity, it was based on literature review and author’s observations.
