In the society many people are contending with allergy or oversensitivity to objects of different kind and substances, being in world surrounding us. Comprehending allergy was implemented in 1906 by Clemens of Peter von Pierquet. It is indicating manifestations repeating itself on the part of organs of the organism, coming into existence as a result of the contact with allergen in such a dose which is being tolerated by healthy persons. We distinguish different means of getting of allergen to the organism: contact and nutritional. Moving closer comprehending pimple, his manifestations, course and curing is a purpose of the work.
