Medical simulations have their roots dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. Initially, anatomical models and rudimentary phantoms were employed. Presently, various types of medical simulation techniques exist, encompassing Patient Simulations (SP), Procedural Simulations, Scenario Simulations, Virtual Simulations (AR), Whole Environment Simulations, Simulator Simulations, and Telemedicine Simulations. Today, medical simulations play a crucial role in nursing education, particularly in enhancing practical nursing care skills at the undergraduate level.  This study aims to elucidate the author’s firsthand experiences related to the integration of high-fidelity medical simulation into neurology and neurological nursing courses for nursing students

Key words: undergraduate nursing education, neurological nursing, medical simulation, high-fidelity simulation.
