Elaboration describes role and tasks of General Practisioner (GP) in polish system of public health with site of accent on manner of paying for services by National Health Fund and conditions of their contracting. It indicate detailed principles of accounting of procedures by public payer and systematizes knowledge from range of sponsorship of medical service.
